1. Account Responsibility By joining FlameMC, you agree to be fully responsible for any activity conducted through your Minecraft account. Sharing accounts is not recommended and may result in security issues or bans.
2. Rule Enforcement All users must follow the server rules. Breaking rules may lead to penalties including warnings, kicks, bans, or account resets without prior notice.
3. Purchases & Refunds All purchases made on our store (ranks, kits, cosmetics, etc.) are final. Refunds will not be issued unless required by law. Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
4. Server Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down the server at any time without notice. This includes resetting progress or removing features.
5. Behavior & Conduct Toxic behavior, threats, or harassment of players or staff will not be tolerated. Respect others and help maintain a friendly community.
6. Data Usage Any personal information collected (such as usernames, emails for purchases) will be handled securely and not shared with third parties.
